We ship about 3-4 weeks prior to your competition date (depending on workload) if you want it sooner please let us know and we will alter it according to your targeted measurements. Note that you will loose the most in the last few weeks and even more in the last days before so it should fit a bit snug if you are still few weeks out.
Yes we do. We use DHL express as our courier where your package is delivered to your home or the address you prefer. If your shipping address is different from your billing address please advise us via email or should you move from the time you order until you receive it, please email us with a „change of address“ as a subject.
Hand wash your suit in lukewarm water for just a few minutes, DO not use chlorine or strong detergent but mild sope is fine. You can rub the inside of it but be careful with the outside, I find it best to let the water run strongly over the outside surface while rubbing it gently untill the water turns clear and all the tan is off the bikini. the crystals could get a bit loose once wet and the glue will turn white once wet. DO NOT PANIC AND REMOVE THE CRYSTALS" once it dryes it will look the same again. Gently squeese most of the water of it, to not twist it and It is wise to dry it a bit by rolling it inside of a towel and hang to dry.
All sales are final. No refunds are permitted on custom made bikinis after 72 hours from payment.
We require the minimum of 50% non-refundable deposit on each order.
Once we have started your bikini process we are unable to accept any cancellation, We will howerer hold the order for up to 12 months should you decide to hold back on your competition or if you have another person willing to step in and use your credit towards another order ( we will accept that as long as we have not started decorationg your bikini)
ALL custom orderes are non-refundable but we can give you a store credit for 30% of your order, valid for 12 months from your cancelation. The credit can be used for Jewelry, beach bikinis or towards another competiton bikini.
If the bikini has been finished we reccomend that you receive your bikini and sell it as there are always girls out there willing to buy a new bikini for a bit less than custom price.
Exchanges are permitted on QUICK SHIP merchandise if the bikini does not fit, the original merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs will be covered by the purchaser. All exchanges must be made within 5 days of the product delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot entertain your request for store credit or an exchange.
To complete your store credit and/or exchange, we require a receipt of proof of purchase.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same item with no shipping charge. No returns will be accepted for any reason later than 30 calendar days from your order date. We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Be sure to give us a secured address, name of contact if other than you and phone number as DHL requires a contact phone number.
